If like me you have a million cables (Lightning, Micro-USB, Mini-USB, USB-C, iPod etc) it's nice to be in the be able to deal with this mess. These adapters are ideal for this. And as a little tip, if you buy braided USB cables with rubber grooves on the ends, the little clip will sit right around those grooves and you can leave it on the cable the whole time you need it. . I have a computer with a USB-C cable, but I have many devices that need charging/syncing that use both USB-C and USB-mini. I keep one of these adapters on the cord and can easily switch the end to use with any device that needs charging. This is a nifty little invention and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with tangled cords.
