Well made and easy to install but note

I was very impressed with the installation of two of these kits tonight. Can't comment on durability but I can say they look great and are easy to install. I put them on a 5 year old Scandinavian Designs sofa + 2 seater chair and they totally take the set from um to WOW! However, I have one piece of advice. You will definitely need an extension/extended Phillips #2 wrench or you'll break the legs with your cordless screwdriver. If you do chores, you already have it. If not, go ahead and get it. (This is what I have/like: IRWIN Drill Extension Holder, Quick Change, 12" (4935705)). I set the clutch at 8 so I wouldn't cut my legs as at 12 they started giving out. (Of course your clutch will/may be different, but you can compare that IKEA only holds 4 before canceling for me.) The instructions are really terrible, but you can figure it out. In any case, you should note that the panel is not drilled to run the legs straight from the corners to 45*. You have to choose whether to go 20* forward or forward. I highly recommend putting all the legs on the boards first, marking the corners very carefully, and then marking them as a corner. Then attaching the base plate to the furniture is very easy. As good as they are, sending decent instructions and stamping the plates seems like a no-brainer. You could pay the extra hassle with all the zip ties and extra screws they send. :-) (I will update this review if I ever run into any durability issues in the future.)
