Review on 🏐 Mcdavid 6440 Hex Knee/Elbow/Shin Pads: Ultimate Protection for Volleyball, Basketball, Football & Contact Sports, Youth & Adult Sizes - Sold as Pair by Chris Shields

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible durability and strength

UPDATE: Very disappointed that it only took some hard practice to fully tear one of the pads. I only wear padding on one knee so I always had a new one when the first one wore out. Unfortunately, the new rubber ripped completely after just one workout. There were many holes and holes in the fabric, and the hexagonal pads fell out. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I've been playing volleyball in these knee pads for about 2 months now. You've had quite a lot of dives and contact with the ship. I'm disappointed to see that the overlays have holes in the outer layer of fabric. When playing on wood and plastic surfaces, the pads glide well, but don't hold up as I would have hoped. Holes appeared after 3-4 uses in games and training. I could carry pads with holes and they still serve their purpose. They handle hardwood better, but still have holes. Although these pads are SUPER comfortable. If I wear them for 10-15 minutes I don't even know they are there. The hex pattern of the pads makes them really flexible and they stay in place quite well. Their compression is comfortable (if they fit the sizing chart) and the pads stay in place fairly well. I would recommend them to those who are not constantly in contact with the ground and need light and comfortable pads. For more strength and durability I would look elsewhere.
