The ability to run contests for customers is what I like best about this platform. They have a lot of different options in terms of prizes and incentives with a free option as well. It's easy to set up and use! There really isn't anything I don't like about Picnic, they are very helpful and responsive when it comes to questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Picnic to other companies looking for an incentive program that will engage their customers. We were able to create campaigns that appealed to our target audience, and we also had the ability to customize and track the results.
