I had to remove and glue the large rear window of the camper. I was expecting it to be more like a sealer where I could just apply a thick bead to the edges of the window and set in place. No its viscosity is too low to keep it in place and it spread and soiled it everywhere. Because it's butyl, if it gets on your hands or a cleaning rag and you pull your hand or rag out, it acts like a silly string with butyl strings flying onto the glass and body of the RV. Probably not the best use for this product. It's better to caulk something that's already in place, but it's still a bear to run the bead without those damn flying filaments when you put the caulking gun down.
