I like that we have complete control over our documents - no one else can edit them without us giving consent! There are so many features to choose between (we use the document tracking module) it's easy for the wrong choice to be made. We would prefer more functionality in the editing tools - eg if you want to highlight parts, formatting or comments then this isn't possible. The ability to easily track documents with multiple people involved. This means when someone has made changes there is an option where everyone who edited the doc can see what was changed by whom. It also allows me to assign tasks and keep records of who did which task/tasks etc.
