Wish Revane would allow partial stars. This product doesn't really have three stars, but it works... after all, two stars is probably too harsh. Compared to other well-known brands, they are not that successful in straightening heels. The biggest problem are the anchor points. The square pins are loose and cause two problems. 1) A rotating file "beats" and does not rotate smoothly. 2) Because the roll pins are loose, they can get stuck in the barrel. . I tried both feeds. I am concerned that prolonged smooth time combined with bumps can cause engine problems if used too often. Lesson: You get what you paid for with this product. I will not buy it again and most likely will buy the Amope brand in the future due to the quality.
