So check out my first update below to prove how stupid I am. I received these bottles thinking the top swing would not fit. I tried everything but I just couldn't get the damn swingarm to fit. It seemed too long. So I FAST gave up and threw away the rest of my batch that didn't fit in the bottles I already had. Then I looked at one of the growlers with the same top and realized I had put it on incorrectly. So I copied it and voila it worked. Bottles filled and all is well. The only criticism is that there are no instructions included. That would eliminate some problems. However, it's okay. Everything is fine now and I feel like a complete idiot for writing a bad review, mostly due to my own stupidity. Luckily I had another bottle with the same style cap, otherwise I'd still be a poor review imp. Basically useless. The swivel arms are too long and do not close. I only found out about this after I had disinfected and bottled them. I had a few bottles from another order to use but couldn't fill half the beer. It's an expensive experience. It stinks too, because it was supposed to be a Christmas present and now there isn't time to brew it again. I couldn't be less satisfied with this product. I'd be a little more relaxed if I could just buy the right swing top closures, but since I don't know what to buy I don't want to go through that again. Do not buy.
