Really great product, good value for money. It is chrome plated with a mirror base which looks very nice. Runs smooth and looks great. Arrived well packaged. The only problem, and it's small, is that I wish the overall diameter was a little larger. The bottom of the K-cups touches and prevents the cups from sinking completely into the loop. Essentially, the bottom of the cups makes contact with the inside before the cups can slide all the way down into the holder. It's not much, but if you walk around in circles you'll find that the last one or two don't quite want to sit down. It is very minor and overall the product is well made and great value.
