Scratched my skin horribly, power user
I've ordered these and precision tips and I have to tell you I've been ordering your tips for years and this time the tips ripped my face off! I have wrinkles on my face and am a power user and this time something is wrong with these products, very wrong. I'm actually afraid to use them again, a sad situation as I loved my system so much. Very bad batch as if the diamonds weren't even and that's it and it left bad scratches. What do you recommend? I'm scared now I've always had better experiences in the past.
