I was so excited when I received the product, it was the perfect solution for my ceiling speakers (6 pairs around the house). My last receiver broke because it couldn't handle multiple channels. I was able to listen to the radio and also plug in a USB with tons of tunes. I've never managed to get my CD player to work in AUX mode, but to be honest I've never asked for assistance. The remote responded very slowly. Has worked well for 6 months. Then, in the middle of playing music from the USB, more and more static noise started appearing, and within 30 seconds the sound disappeared. I tried all channels, other USB, on / off, radio - nothing. I had to take time off work to call customer service (not sure how long the call would take and they are only open 9am to 4am and no time zone is given). The call was short (although the phone tree was long) and I was emailed the warranty information/form. It turns out I have to pay for shipping - both ways. After calculating the shipping cost, it was more than what I paid for the product. Buyers beware, cheap cheap. I'm looking for a replacement at local stores.
