I was so excited when I received the product, it was the perfect solution for my ceiling speakers (6 pairs around the house). My last receiver broke because it couldn't handle multiple channels. I'm happy with the features and sound quality, especially at this price point. But this amp has some really annoying features. I contacted Pyle support and they confirmed that it is. It's impossible to change it. I wanted to get this amp out of sight and out of reach. I wanted to control it exclusively via Bluetooth. Will not work. 10 month update - Device no longer works. It looks like a blown fuse, but there is no user-replaceable fuse. Pyle's guarantee requires me to pay shipping both ways.
