THIS ITEM WAS DELIVERED NON-WORKING. did not work right out of the box and the repair was dented, never worked. I also bought a 32 year warranty pack so I called and they told me to send it back for a replacement when the new product arrived was the same unit with the remote broken but it worked, within 30 days it was it broke, didn't squeak as when a replacement was delivered which was not a replacement but the same but was repaired which worked after that for 35 days , out of disappointment i put it on the shelf until after the first call to mfg was motivated to call to have it repaired or replaced as suggested in the warranty purchased. I was told someone would write or call me to arrange a refund and/or replacement. I've waited and waited for someone to contact me but no one has contacted me so here I am with a new multi zone home theater audio device that never worked but didn't work for 9/10 of the time I was in . it is, yes, and my warranty accidentally disappeared from my orders that i purchased. I'm not happy I bought Pyle a few years ago a Bluetooth AM/FM receiving amplifier and it worked fine and over the years I've bought hundreds of different Pyle speakers and they all worked, but i think the particular one was returned and caused problems for another person who happened to the same thing that is happening to me now, will i try to contact again to see what happens next?
