I was looking for a hula hoop that would help me tone my abs and promote weight loss, but this product fell short of my expectations. As my tests showed the hoop was too heavy for comfortable use, which made it difficult TO maintain an exercise routine. While I appreciated the design and color, I found it disappointing that it did not deliver the results I was hoping for .Unfortunately, this product is not worth the investment for those serious about Sports and Outdoors activities..
