I bought these so I can make my own "factory" connections when I wire up my truck. My last project was replacing the horns on my Ford Ranger. I removed the horn bracket, connected the two new horns together, and since the horn clips were generic and didn't match the factory wiring harness, I cut off the Ford connector and replaced it with this one! (female end on truck wire, male end on horns) I can still disconnect and remove horns for servicing now instead of hardwiring them. If I ever change horns again, I can just cut off the connector on the horns and reuse them for new ones. I will use them in all 2 wire applications in the future. I can even use them for car speakers - I'm sure they offer a better connection than regular paddles. These connectors are a nice thick gauge allowing them to be used in a variety of circuits. So far, so good!
