This size and rectangular shape is just the right size for my commonly used cooking oils. I love it! The wooden tray absorbs oil drips and possible stains. This metal can be easily rubbed or hand washed. Look at the given size. Negative reviews because of the size (small) is unfair as the length and width are given before purchase. This isn't the tray you can feed many on. But it maybe can hold sauces and sauces in small bowls. It has a weight with felt circles on the bottom so it slides too fast (but doesn't stop it from slipping).
