The biggest concern was the cracks on the plastic RJ9 connector. Something in the production process was clearly wrong. Cracks are visible without magnification and can be felt with a fingernail. It's not a cosmetic issue, it's plastic breakage that can eventually cause the connector to fail. Also, the arrangement of the pins was not identified in either the photo, the drawing, or the written description. If I could see the colors of the wires and their position in the RJ9 jack, I'd know right away that the cable doesn't match my Panasonic office phones. Questions to the seller remained unanswered. I only bought one cable to make sure it worked. I found that the RED and BLACK wires are reversed and therefore the headset mic is not working. If an image of the wired plug had been available on the product page, the purchase and eventual return of the cable would not have taken place.
