Probably better than my expensive non-portable Water Pik

This is a great product. It has a powerful spray, multiple spray type and tip type options, and all of its parts fit together very well in a solid body. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now - just once a day - having charged it once and haven't had to charge it since. I had to get used to three differences between this machine and my larger home machine, but now that I've gotten used to those differences, they don't matter anymore. I'm talking about this because you may experience the same thing when you buy it. First, the handle is inevitably much thicker since it has a built-in water tank. So you're holding an object the size of a juice glass, not a toothbrush, and maneuvering takes a bit of getting used to. Second, the power button is right above the "Change Mode" button, so it takes some time to figure it out (like the volume buttons on a new phone or headphones). Third, you must lock the tip securely every time, because it can be disassembled and/or folded and put in a suitcase every day, otherwise it will fall out. The tank is, of course, smaller than the version with a sink, but for a quick clean in "gentle" mode, it seemed to me to be enough. I usually refill it at the end to rework my teeth, but now I'm familiar enough with the system to know how to finish my whole mouth off with one tank of gas if I'm in a hurry. I am very happy with this machine. It's just as powerful as my much more expensive homemade non-portable Water Pik, and has just as many features (more if you turn on the "Massage" setting and the nosepiece).
