Works exactly as advertised. A few things you need to do to make sure it works properly: 1) Use only as a final rinse - it does not have a high throughput filter and is not intended to be used throughout an entire car wash, only as a final rinse. 2) Make sure you insert the filter into the canisters correctly. It can penetrate in the opposite direction and when it does it will not filter anything as the water will simply bypass the filter material. You can check with a TDS meter (should read zero). 3) Make sure you have the correct tip for the low flow job. Check out her top tips videos. Fan jets seem to work best. If you follow these tips, everything should work just fine. My water was 165ppm (well water) and she reduced it to zero. I've flushed my car with this about 5-6 times and the carrier hasn't shown any reduction in effectiveness and is still completely blue. Update: The filter material is still strong after about 10+ rinses. One of the cartridges begins to turn brown.
