Review on AmeriLuck 16.5-inch Suction Bath Grab Bar with Indicators, Balance Assist Bathroom Shower Handle, Silver/Grey, 2-Pack by Byron Elliott

I bought them for two reasons. 1. You have indicators that show whether it is stable or not. 2. Mostly good reviews. They work as advertised. I use them in the shower with 12" x 24" porcelain tile. At first they hold up well, but after a few hours the indicator turns from green to red, especially on one. They work very well in green and I like them. I think the suction grip doesn't last long because while the tile isn't porous, it's not as smooth as glass and may not be quite "flat". You can feel very small dents on the tile. Also, unlike glass, there are very small ripples on the surface of the tile. Which I think allows air to enter after several hours on the tile. They never fell off. but I didn't have to "reinstall" them every day before showering. I bought another suction wand from a different brand and used it in the shower. Judging by the ratings it gets higher ratings but in my soul it really doesn't work any better than these. So I think the surface of the tile is key. Be careful about what surface you are attaching them to. If you want strong suction, I'd say you probably want a glass-like surface. If not, then I think you'll have to reapply the strips every day.
