I am very happy with this shower head. I was looking for something that would have good water pressure even with a low flow regulator. I use the 1.5 gpm insert because it's a drought (don't be a jerk, do it) and find the water just enough to get the product out of my hair. I noticed a slight difference when I switched from my old 2.5GPM shower head, but adjusted to the change within 2 days and am perfectly happy with the flow. My other two requirements are that the button to toggle between settings is visible enough that I don't have to strain to find it while the water is pouring into my face, and that the wheel spin easily between settings; and the pause setting is ideal for shaving, as only the smallest stream of water is maintained to rinse the razor - no need to waste water and simply turn the wheel back into a full shower when you're done. This shower head does everything I need and looks amazing! Super easy installation.
