Perfect water pressure for all stages. Let me just say how much we love our shower head. I saw improvement in skin, hair and shoulder muscles. One setting actually loosens tight neck and shoulder muscles. The other is perfect for washing hair. The rest is perfect for vaping into vapor. I love the idea of being able to filter my hard water without the extremely expensive whole house setup. Just installed. I like the 1.75 GPM filter since I'm paying for water. Lots of jets are good too BUT they tend to leak out of unused holes in different modes. And the size of the shower head. I am very happy with this shower head. I was looking for something that would have good water pressure even with a low flow regulator. I use the 1.5 gpm insert because it's a drought (don't be a jerk, do it) and find the water just enough to get the product out of my hair.
