Ease of use - it's very easy once you get used to how everything works; no learning curve at all! As an admin we can easily see what devices are connected/disconnected from our network as well as their status in real time without having to send out emails or run reports every day. It would be nice if there was some sort of web interface so that non tech savvy users could access this tool more frequently than using email notifications only. We have been able solve many problems by being alerted when certain issues arise such as connectivity drops which leads us into other areas where they need help like antivirus software etc.,.
