As an experienced internet shopper, I was let down by my most recent transaction with Lomitti. The small assortment of shoes, clothes, and accessories lacked originality and fell short of my high standards. It was like using clunky, feature-lacking, ancient software. In addition, the goods were of poor grade. Cheap and uncomfortable materials were used, and the stitching was sloppy. Like badly written code, it was rife with flaws and mistakes that were challenging to fix. Clothing did not fit as anticipated because of inconsistent sizing. Shipping was delayed longer than anticipated, and customer service was difficult to reach. It was like trying to work with a non-responsive program: useless, annoying, and complicated. In sum, I was unimpressed and dissatisfied after shopping at Lomitti's website. Lomitti fell short of my high standards as an advanced user of internet retailers.
