I used this on a 55 mile bike ride today and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I love that I don't have to look for the water bottle from the cage on my bike or those on my aero fenders. I've found I'm more consistent in my fluid intake while traveling. Just bite the mouthpiece and boom. I'm dehydrated! Love love! The best thing about this bottle is the ability to quickly fill it up by inserting a full bottle into the quick-release cap and squeezing! There is nothing to shoot and you can do while driving. The kit includes a very long plastic tube that can be cut to size. I found the quality to be high and worth the price.
