Very simple to use and heats quickly. I do think it somewhat burns the water slightly as if I let it go until it auto shuts off the water does have a slightly unpleasant taste. I would recommend you do not let it go until it shuts off. I wait and let it boil for a bit and then turn it off. It does get very hot.
