Should have bought it 11 months ago when we first started working from home. A super convenient way to use a headset for PC (Teams, Zoom, etc.), mobile phone and wired phone. It's easy to switch between them. Uses DECT technology (like high-end cordless phones) between the base station and headset instead of Bluetooth, making it easy to go around the house or to voicemail, even during a Zoom or Teams call on the PC. There is no way my Bluetooth would allow this. Best of all, the post-purchase support is amazing. Real people in the US answer the phone quickly and solve any problem quickly. I had an issue (which turned out to be complete user error and my oversight) and it was resolved in 3 minutes. A few days later they called me again to see how everything was working and if there was anything else they could do to help. Who does it?
