UPDATE 1-August-19:Alpatronix contacted me, having found out that I was having a problem with the battery case. I didn't intend to contact them, just figured I would have to live with the inconveniences. But somehow (Elves? Spies?) they found out and proactively contacted ME!A+ for Customer Service right off the bat!They sent me a new battery case, I've used it for several days, and none of the quirks I reported at first are present. I can keep the battery on my phone, and I have no problems with charging it and my Apple Watch together.Zowie! Thanks, Alpatronix. Happy Customer!Great product!The good: protective case that comes with a screen protector in case you don't have one; charges well on the Qi charger; long lasting charge; phone buttons protected but accessible.The bad: allows my iPhone X to ring if the sound is off, but the charger is on; does weird things to my Apple Watch notifications, as in making sound when my settings are for haptics-only, and causing the watch to emits "beeps" for no apparent reason if the charger/phone combo and the watch are charging. Removing the battery from the phone fixed the latter, but makes it all less convenient.
