I just recently upgraded to the iPhone X. The battery life for the X is great, but it doesn't last all day long with lots of usage (especially when I travel). I have purchased other Alpatronix devices in the past and always had a good experience so thought I would give this one a try.I received it in a nice box with good packaging and the battery was already charged. A lot of times I have to pull the actual phone from the base until is unplug from the charger and push it back to place and it will start charging. This is after pressing the button on the back of the charger and nothing happens! I will not recommend this charger. I’m going to buy a Mophie instead. I had Mophie before and no issues with it, this time I wanted to save money, but I got what I paid for. Invest a little more on a Mophie charger and you will not regret it.

I'm always a little iffy when getting a battery charging case, due to them always being bulky and redundant to use but this is pretty cool that you can charge case with Qi. It works well and pretty easy to figure out. I would say it is still more on the heavier side and it always worries me with the more usage that the smaller top part will start popping off at some time. Either way it is always great to have a backup battery built in.

Case works great as intended to. My only two complaints: 1. I don’t like the material the case is made of. It shows fingerprints and they are hard to come off and it’s difficult to try and keep the case looking clean.2. I also have the alptronix wireless charger, which is supposed to work with this case, and it does, except you cannot simply set it on the charger and forget it. The angle has to be perfect and you have to wait a second to ensure that it’s actually charging before you walk away.

Having an "older” phone, I found my battery needed more frequent charging. Not wanting to always stay attached to a cable, this battery case has been a great solution. It charges the phone quickly, and can be charged fast, too. I prefer wireless charging, and it offers that, as well, for both the phone and the case. This item did not fit my phone. I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for postage to return. I will not purchase from this company again.

This is the second time I’ve owned this case. This, combined with the pop wallet, saved my phone.Was rushing to make dinner for kids, left my phone on the electric range and turned on the wrong burner. When I saw smoke, I immediately pulled my phone off and put it in the fridge. My cards in the pop wallet melted and a hole was burned through the case but thankfully nothing exploded. My phone works perfectly fine, camera too! Got a replacement case and pop wallet.
