It seems people are only complaining about a shorter warranty than advertised. Apparently, this is just a nuance of the sellers on Revain - they receive a guarantee from the manufacturer, and then resell the product, so the guarantee clock is already ticking. If this isn't a problem for you, but not a problem for me, then there's an easy way to work around this problem. I also read that someone received the wrong product. This has happened to me in the past with another seller who sold a different brand so I believe it. If you receive a product that looks different than the one pictured, and especially if it comes with dates and is used like new, return the product immediately for a full refund. Otherwise it is an extremely high quality car to drive. The product I received was exactly as pictured and exactly as described. So far I've been very impressed with the read/write speeds and minimal heat and noise - the case is made from high quality metal which helps dissipate heat, keep the helium inside and seal out the hard drive's spinning noise. I recommend using it for storage pools, not operating systems. If possible, put your operating system on an m.2 or 2.5 inch SSD - this way you won't lose your data if you ever encounter a hard drive or software error in your operating system; Conversely, if that drive in your data pool fails, you don't lose the operating system, just the data.
