The blanket itself has a pleasant green color and is quite soft. I'm surprised it's polyester but feels like cotton. There are a lot of wrinkles but I haven't tried washing and drying yet. The product itself seems good and reasonably priced, but the majority of my review focuses on the insole that Bedsure came with. I'm sure I sound like a big Karen complaining about something like this, but when companies do stuff like this, it really annoys me. I've attached a photo of an insert where the company suggests covering the box the product came in (mine wasn't in the box, just a Revain bag) with a plastic bag to create a 'cozy atmosphere' " to accomplish. "A bed for a homeless animal!?!" First, they don't donate money to the homeless animal problem, they don't do anything themselves, Dash is just suggesting that we do something completely pointless. We don't have a problem with stray dogs in America, thank goodness. We have a problem with stray cats and the answer is NOT to throw the box outside for them to sleep in. The answer is: sterilize, sterilize and help them. If I put the box and the bag on the sidewalk, that counts as garbage, that's not a suitable home for the animal. I really hate it when companies become pseudo-philanthropists and do nothing themselves but shift the burden of responsibility onto consumers. I have written to the company and although the linen information and bedding, including this insert, are all in excellent English, it seems that everyone who answers emails speaks English as a second language. Because they didn't understand why the flyer irritated me. They thought there was something wrong with the duvet and gave me my money back and kept the duvet cover, which was very nice of them. I'm sure they are a good company and the product looks pretty good, I just want to share my frustration with the insert.
