They look great and have a low, minimalist profile. You also have the option of using the speakers individually. One of the speakers is powered by USB, you can take it with you on the go, on the street, in different rooms, etc. The sound is good. It just can be. Using it for Bluetooth Spotify, Spotify via an RCA connection from a computer and an AUX cable from a TV is all so-so. The lack of physical depth exacerbates the lack of bass depth. The mids are actually okay, but the highs seem strained at medium to high volumes. If you keep them at a low volume, they're fine. Honestly, they look better than they sound. As a stereo pair, you'll need to connect both speakers (unless you want the speaker you're charging to disconnect and eventually run out of power), turn them on individually, and pair them by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button. This process is also not in the instructions. I had to go to the site and watch the video. They promote sustainability but give you chargers for just about every country you can think of. 8 different pieces of plastic that will never be used in the US unless you plan on taking them overseas. Also, the odd thing about being able to have a portable speaker is that it can't be placed outdoors and without a speaker grille is a bit too big to carry around. Also, there's no subwoofer output or optical input if those things are important to you. With a retail price of $150, there are many better sounding options out there, but they are very nice. So think about what compromise you want to make.
