I wanted to give this product one star because it doesn't work well for little girls or women with fine hair. Ribbons break easily and they come in the ugliest colors. It's incredibly hard to make it look good when the black foam is showing. (Again I have used this with children). However, after playing with it for a while, it worked much better after folding the foam and metal ends an inch on each side. Holds up well because it's made of metal. Folding does 3 things: hides the ugly label, makes it easier to use on fine hair, and keeps the ends of the mousse out of sight. This was an easy fix, but it doesn't help with the cheapness of the ribbons and flowers. The first 3 photos were without the foam fold and you can still see the label and foam and it took about 3 tries to get it looking good. . In the last photo, the foam rubber is complex and it was much more convenient to use.
