I was a bit skeptical when I ordered these but took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I did was stand and move on them to make sure they would be sturdy enough. They are surprisingly rigid and supprt my 200+lb body with no fear of breaking. In the week or so we've owned them I've had to clean numerous food spills off of them. They are easy to clean! With a mild cleaner and a rag, dried-on spills came right off. I love the size as they store a lot more than it seems and are a comfortable single-person seat. We slid four together to make a bench that can be split apart into multiple seats. They do take up slightly more space than the measurements suggest because the hangover and the material makes the lid about a half inch wider. It probably wouldn't be very noticeable with one but putting four side by side they end up about 52" wide.I'm very happy with this purchase and will buy again.
