I bought it in warm white and cool white without knowing which would be better. The quality and ease of use of the product is excellent and I wish I had the option of using either the warm white or cool white version, but the warm white was too yellowish and the cool white was too blue. These bulbs should be soft white, ie. in the 3000K version. I ended up buying a standard 3000K set from Home Depot. They have big cables (harder to hide) and no remote control (had to add one) but the color is perfect. I wish manufacturers would stop using terms like warm white, soft white, and cool white and just give the corresponding color in Kelvin.
