Review on Neatfi by Jim Ledbetter

I was disappointed with Neatfi's customer service when I ordered some home improvement supplies from them lately. The website was simple to use, but when I received my order, many of the items were broken or lacking components. I had a hard time getting a response from customer service when I attempted to reach out to them. When I did reach a human, she was neither helpful nor informed. It was a major hassle to have to send the things back, but I had no choice. Ultimately, I was let down by Neatfi and would not suggest them to anyone.
