Mama's Choice Juicer does a great job of extracting ALL the juice from my food. The slow mastication process seems to be better than centrifugal juicers which generate heat (and potentially remove nutrients) which is why I ordered it. It makes the same noise as a blender and is almost as easy to disassemble and clean. This works best when the food is broken up and all the stems are removed. If you don't remove the strings from the celery, they will get stuck in the garbage chute and clog the car. My favorite recipe is kale, spinach, oranges, and pineapple! This is how a delicious breakfast is made. I really love my juicer!
