Review on 🎧 Mackie HM-4 4-Way Headphone Amplifier Mixer Accessory - Black | 1-ch x 4 Headphones by Veeravelu Tang

I never thought you could hate a headphone amp as much as I do but wow what a disappointment. First good news. it sounds good when it works. However, mine has a bad channel in headphone mix 1, which of course I discovered during the session. The singer complained that he could only be heard from one side of the phones. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, I determined it was a brand new headphone amp and quickly switched to Mix 2 to end the session. That would have been enough, but it was more fun. I couldn't get the block out of the rack. After dragging everything around, I found that it's larger than the standard 1.75 inches! The chassis itself is exactly 1.75 inches tall, but it has four pan head screws that protrude about 1/16 inch from the bottom. So when I was trying to get it out of the rack I found myself poking out the chassis of the mechanism part at the bottom with these four screw heads. Oh and I hit the chassis as soon as I took it off and the bad channel popped out. Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuyuyuyuyuyuyuyuyu Aberuuuuuuuuuu! It's been a while since I've bought any of their gear but I'm afraid things have changed. It was a complete failure and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Note. Just before writing this review, I noticed that another reviewer stated that the device is mono and not stereo because the reviewer only hears one side of their headphones. Sounds like a serious quality control issue.
