Not knowing anything about A-Tech products, I ordered 2 x 8GB memory modules from Revain to upgrade my mid 2010 iMac. They worked great. When I decided to upgrade my wife's late 2009 iMac, I specifically looked for A-Tech products. I was looking to add an additional 8GB of RAM but couldn't decide between a single 8GB module or 2 x 4GB modules due to the small price difference and the availability of a 4GB pair. I checked Apple support site to see if one module would be enough for me as so far it was in the right place so I ordered an 8GB module. It turns out that late 2009 iMacs can't handle modules larger than 4GB, which could be found on Apple's website, but of course this isn't clearly stated. So my mistake. But the A-Tech rep (Justin) was extremely helpful and understanding and immediately sent me the 2x4GB modules with a return envelope for the 8GB module that didn't work on my computer. Free, no hassle. I am very satisfied with A-Tech and would highly recommend them.
