This is a reliable and easy to use viewer. Comes with batteries, USB cable, instructions and a good polishing cloth. I ordered it to see the strips of negatives and thought the viewer would show it as a "print" because the promotional photos show a color print. The film entrance is wide and the negatives fit in easily, but it's not wide enough to accommodate the installed negative strips. The viewer enlarges the negatives a little, but not enough to see the characters. Now I understand
