regret. Pure regret.

Every time I quickly took them off, one earbud would lose its silicone case. It just fell off, I had to find it and put it back on. Then, just past the headphone return window, the left channel just died. For six weeks I have been trying to contact the seller and the seller's website. There was no support and "lifetime warranty" means nothing. Extremely disappointed. I rarely leave negative feedback, and when I do, it not only means I had an issue with the product, but the seller doesn't stand behind their brand or support the sale.
