One of my wrappers broke the first time I tried to get it out of my sleeve. The result is a nice cut on the thumb. I'm really not impressed with this design. The jar is (seemingly dangerous) a hassle to get out, cleaning looks excruciating, and the jar's volume is somewhat limited due to the gel packs. Another clue to the type of rubber that surrounds the case is a very soft type that everything like dust and dirt sticks to. To be honest I expected a bit more from this brand which usually has innovative products that people like to show off. Not these things. I'll probably pick the one that survived and personally go back to cheap freezer cups.
