Works great. I find it funny how many people say something broke during installation or tabs don't stick. Most likely all these people have no idea how to fix something. Mine had no instructions and I didn't need any. Since your old tube is shot through, cut or tear the tube from the top tube mount. Remove the massive U-shaped suction tube that goes to the head by turning the plastic screw about 1/4 turn. Remove the U-tube and pull the old vacuum hose down and out. Take a new hose, thread the upper coupler through the lower hole and align the formed tab with the formed cutout in the lower fitting. Replace U-shaped intake manifold. Attach the hose to the upper hose assembly which is now loose and you are done. Literally about 4 minutes.
