Shipping was fast, USCAMEL added a lovely thank you card and these are amazing binoculars with a nice security case. The float function could be in the neck floats (yellow) of the risers (played with this for a while before figuring out how they are supposed to work for a quick adjustment (personal item, no issue with the product - not just the optic caps stay attached, but also the front cap if you tighten it properly so ALL the lens caps stay attached!)) For the compass to keep them level (no comment on accuracy) they haven't been used long enough to mess with the range finder but found the guide in the Book, SUITABLE FOR METRIC (great for many, but in my opinion - add 1 yard to 10 meters and they aren't and aren't meant to be POCKET binoculars, but they're REALLY GOOD. NOTE: until I have the battery cover took it off and didn't drain the batteries (then put them back in), the night 'button' didn't work. worked. Wanted a friendly che send EM, but there is probably a "battery protection". (Some kind of plastic thing) I knocked out what was there and everything is fine! FYI, like flashlights, scopes, and other "things" with batteries that you don't use, often place a piece of paper or something you can easily remove under the external connector and you won't get battery bleed. Doesn't stop batteries from doing what they do, it helps. I would buy from USCAMEL again!
