First one i got the base was broke. (Did not take a pic).Sent it back and got a replacement. On the second one, one of the light bulbs were cracked (shown in pics). I put it together anyway because I was tired of sending back. It has no cord length so I had to place it right by the outlet, which meant i had to move closer to the outlet. The heat it gives off is ok for one person. Im not happy at all. Very disappointed. Im back to square one and out $$$
