Where I live, upper lip and brow treatments cost around $15-20 with tip. In a pandemic, I'm scared of someone getting that close to me. I thought I'd try this out. I've been using it for about 6 months. I have no problem pulling the cord. I think most people wrap it up too often. You only need 3-4 envelopes. You must follow the instructions carefully. I only use it for lips and face. I found it too bulky/uncomfortable to position properly for my brows. Everyone's face shape is different, so maybe it's normal for different people. In general I am satisfied. And the cost is definitely less than going to the salon. I'll continue to use it on my lips and face, but I'll probably get my brows done at the salon post-pandemic.
