I was very pleased with this product and hoped it would save me money on a visit to the salon. However, the first use impressed me. When the thread broke, everything went downhill. When trying to rethread the tool, I found that the thread was too short and didn't fit. I even measured the old thread and the new thread and it came out half an inch shorter. The device does what it's supposed to do, but the threads you have to buy for it break in no time. It was not possible to make the upper lip for 1 thread. I can thread regular thread the old fashioned bare hand way, but for tendonitis issues this would be a good solution. If they sent 100 packs of yarn I would have given more stars.
