I literally never write reviews but I am very frustrated because theoretically this could be a really good product. Of course, it was too good to be true. The first two times I used it everything was great and I thought I solved my problem of relating to a woman with threads for my upper lip. Then I started worrying about how to get the dressings because they are intentionally made with these two little pieces at the end. Then this morning when I really needed to thread before an important day at work, I tried again and each thread broke while trying to thread it into the last little groove at the end. WHY is the thread so tight?!?! I just wasted all my spare parts trying to put a piece of thread on the tool. And as soon as the ball breaks, the thread becomes completely useless. I know the thread has to be tight, but it literally has to be made a millimeter or less longer to actually tighten the bandage. Now a good tool is useless without the specific filament I need for it because I've used them all while trying to rethread them. So frustrating!
