Instructions not included (as mentioned in another review). It's a little convincing - however there are competing products that look and install exactly the same so it wasn't hard to find instructions and videos. Knowing this, I bought this product anyway because it cost less than the competition at the time. The listing didn't say it would fit 2019, but one reviewer said he put it on his 2019 and it worked fine. My experience was slightly different - as supplied it did NOT fit my 2019 but with a small modification (drilling a slotted hole to accommodate the tab in the locking mechanism) I was able to install it quite easily. See photo of my modification. Overall I'm happy with this purchase - it doesn't make much room for stuff, but it helps a little and clears up some junk in the back of my truck.
