Suitable with conversion

I had to drill an extra hole to install it on my 2011 Ford Raptor. The bearing mount tab had to be bent to get it to sit flush. Also, during installation, the bracket had to be bent. I think $11 was enough.

Extra space for seat covers and accessories

Easy to install and great for accessing an area that used to be a waste of space. I recommend everyone to give their truck a little extra space to store something. It's easy installation, you just need to throw in a wrench to loosen the seat.

Why didn't Ford do this?

This is exactly what I needed. Super easy to install with decent instructions and works like a champ on my 2019 F150 Supercrew. It even looks factory and frankly it should be. The quality of the product is top notch and we would recommend it to anyone who wants access to some extra storage space behind the seat.

Ford should have just had this as a built in feature

It doesn't make sense that Ford just didn't put this feature in the F150. Otherwise it's a waste of space. The kit was very easy to assemble even without the included instructions. Watch a video on YouTube if you don't know how. Processing quality was ok. I have no idea how other kits charge so much more for the same ease of use.

Easy assembly and perfect fit when assembled correctly

On a 2017 F-150. Don't make the same mistake I (and obviously others) did and try to install it under the seat latch. It does not fit. The metal bracket is designed to be mounted ON THE SEAT LATCH as shown in the product photos, this makes it very easy to install in about 2 minutes. Instructions are not included but if you look at the photos on the product page you can clearly see that the device is designed to be mounted on top of the latch, not the bottom. Does NOT come with any instructions. My 2019 F350 needs a little modification.

Instructions not included (as mentioned in another review). It's a little convincing - however there are competing products that look and install exactly the same so it wasn't hard to find instructions and videos. Knowing this, I bought this product anyway because it cost less than the competition at the time.
